Legal Counsel - Temporary Position

About The Position
As part of our growth we are looking for a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic and professional G&A team. This is a temporary role as a replacement for maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including license (“on-prem” and SaaS), reseller and vendor agreements
- Providing day-to-day legal counselling to internal and global business teams on a variety of issues
- Identifying and facilitating opportunities for internal process improvements and implementation processes
- Advising on compliance issues including global privacy issues and financial regulations
- Handling and assisting in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time
Requirements
- A certified lawyer with LLB degree in law
- Up to 2 years of experience in the legal department of a tech company or at a law firm
- Ability to work independently
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English & Hebrew
- Experience in practicing privacy law and GDPR – an advantage
