About The Position
As part of our growth, we are searching for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing strategy for key existing accounts within the Financial Services sector, retaining and growing the account base through cross-selling and up-selling within the client.
- Establishing and building relationships within the client base and internally within Personetics, becoming the key champion for the client within our business.
- Personally, managing and growing a number of key accounts, while achieving quarterly and annual targets
- Utilizing internal and external networks to expand the business within existing dedicated clients, while searching for prospects and leads to establish relationships within new clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing in banking sector in Europe
- C-level consultative professional experience in delivering value and growth into an existing client base.
- Proven experience of developing and expanding relationships, while growing business opportunities.
- An analytical approach with the ability to analyze success KPI
- Strong customer service and communication / interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced dynamic environment
